If you are already running 6.1 RC2 and are experiencing this issue please open a case with support. We are not aware of any issues related to the Linux/Unix or Nagios script monitors in SAM 6.1. We will need to look through your diagnostics to determine the cause of this error. We would also be interested in understanding any OS differences between nodes where they appear to be working, vs where they are not working.
